If you are having a cash in foreign currencies, it is a great chance to invest in a Japanese property.
Recently, the currency rate of Japanese Yen was dropped.
For example, if you have 1mil USD, the Japanese property you could purchase was 115mil JPY priced property (Currency exchange rate was approx. 1USD=115yen) at the end of last year, but now you can purchase 135mil JPY priced property (Currency exchange rate is approx. 1USD=135yen).
