    No, I trust my realtor friend that informed me of REDS. I did checked out the website and after communicating with Kano san I stayed with my decision.

    The price is reasonable, they do have English speakers, and with the experience that I had they let me know everything I needed to do each step of the way. That helped me get my ideal apartment promptly.

    I would recommend. I believe there are many more that are interested but are afraid to ask due to language barriers. Hopefully someone sees this response and knows I had no issues with that here.

    We were looking for a bilingual agency to help us navigate (across both Japanese and English) the complex process of buying a residential property in central Tokyo, while reducing the risks associated with it.

    Kano san was absolutely amazing from our first enquiry right through to settlement. Extremely professional, thoughtful, helpful and prompt. At no stage did I feel any undue pressure, or as though Kano san was placing his own interests above ours. Kano san was very patient as he showed us many places, and all throughout he encouraged us to also be patient and to take the time required to find exactly the place we wanted.

    Yes, we were in contact with several agencies early in the process, but soon settled on REDS after meeting with Kano san.

    One reason that attracted us to REDS was the very reasonable pricing structure, compared to other agencies. As a buyer you can save a significant amount of money in fees, with no loss of service levels whatsoever. However, the main reason we decided to go through the process with Reds was that we trusted and liked Kano san a lot. We had excellent communication with him throughout, and he could support us in both languages, switching as required, without any difficulties.

    1. 仲介手数料体系は? →Very satisfied to save 50% on agency fees without giving up anything in terms of service quality or experience.
    2. 専門家としてのアドバイスは? →Very satisfied with the communication and advice throughout. Couldn't have asked for more.
    3. 契約金額は? →We received a significant reduction in the asking price. That was partly due to the timing and circumstances n the seller's side, but Kano san and Reds were very good at recognizing the opportunity. His experience and negotiating skills helped us to move quickly to be in the box seat to purchase.
    4. 成約までに要した期間は? →It didn't take long, but also was done on our time. Time was an important factor, as our place was popular and not on the market long. But we were never rushed, and advised well throughout.

    4. 成約までに要した期間は? →Considering that majority of the contract process was done outside of Japan, I thought it was reasonable (around 1-1.5 months). The contract process could be faster for others (possible to do it in a few weeks), but we had many questions and wanted to clarify every point prior to signing.The in-person signing/transferring property keys in Japan took 1-1.5 hours.

    Purchasing a property in Japan as a foreigner can be quite daunting, but REDS made the process clear and easy to understand. They are professional, fluent in English, and transparent.

    I was pleasantly surprised at all the work Kano san did for us, and haven't met any real estate agent who would go above and beyond for their customers. He was incredibly patient in answering our endless questions, and connected us with the necessary parties to complete the transaction.

    I was interested in buying a property in Japan. I saw an advertising on Instagram, and after checking the website and all the good reviews I decided to send an email to get more information.

    It was great. Kano san contacted me in English (which it was really appreciated, as I am a foreigner) asking to have a meeting in order to explain how the system works, what I should prepare, expect etc. Everything has been very smooth from the very beginning.

    I know an agent from another company, she helped me finding the place where i was living before buying this property. I sent her an email but she did not answer, so after a couple of weeks I decided to look for another agency.

    During my first meeting with Kano san I received exhaustive information about the real estate market, he managed my expectations and answered to all my questions. I used to work as an agent myself, even though it was a different field, and I could see that Kano san was really professional and knowledgeable about the industry.

    1. 仲介手数料体系は? →It is great! I have a friend who used to own his own real estate agency. He also mentioned that the brokerage fee system at REDS is really good!

    3. 契約金額は? →I do not really know much about the real estate market, but to me the price was very good. With Kano san we went to see a tower mansion as well. I know it is a different location and a different system, but it costed 3 times the price of the property I bought, and the space was half of it. Considering how big and new this house is i really think it was a very good price.
    4. 成約までに要した期間は? →I think everything moved quite fast and smoothly. This house was actually the first one we went to visit. Straight after the visit Kano san prepared some documents to check the amount of money I could borrow from the bank. While waiting a feedback we went to see other properties, but in the end this was the one I liked the most. I think we did not waste any time.
