I bought real estate for the first time at the age of 26 and sold the it for the first time at the age of 29, and experienced the second purchase of real estate at the age of 29. Based on my experience in handling investment properties at a real estate company that I joined as a new graduate, also I was thinking of easiness of rent or selling, when I purchased first property.
After purchasing the property, I changed my job to a major real estate agent, and my experience in real estate brokerage for residential and investment purposes, also relocated my home. Through the experience of buying, selling, and relocating, I’ve knew that what the customer was worried about and wondered about. Experienced sales of investment real estate for 3 and a half years, 3rd place in sales in December 2013 (out of 200 employees), 5 years of real estate brokerage business, 22 cases handled annually in 2016, number handled annually in 2017. We have been involved in the sale and purchase of real estate for a large number of customers, with 26 cases and 32 cases handled annually in FY2018. We will make the best proposals for our customers by making the best use of our experience. Of course, there are things you don’t know about buying or selling real estate.
